Suntax Solutions has been operating within the tax preparation industry in the Central
Valley for over 20 years. The owners, Pedro & Silvia Sun; originally from Guatemala
City, Guatemala, immigrated to California in the 1980's shortly after their marriage.
Silvia studied Accounting and Finance in college and went on to work as an administrator for one of the biggest banks in Guatemala. After moving to the U.S., Silvia decided to continue working in the accounting industry, thus starting Suntax Solutions.
Pedro studied Computer Science in college and after graduating
went on to work for 25 years as an administrator for a Japanese
steel corporation. During that period of time Pedro and his wife
Silvia provided tax seminars for Hispanic entrepreneurs. It wasn't
until he decided it was time for a change that he joined Silvia
full time at Suntax Solutions.
For many years Pedro & Silvia traveled throughout California educating Spanish speaking entrepreneurs. Through their seminars they taught clients how to prepare and file Federal and State Income Taxes for Small Businesses.
We proudly provide our services not just to the local community,
but have clientele that extends throughout all of California and
several parts of the United States. Pedro and Silvia have built
their customer base through hard work and determination; something
which has allowed us to become the company we are today.
