Suntax Solutions is happy to announce that we have partnered with Central Valley Fingerprinting & Notary.

Central Valley Fingerprinting & Notary is now working exclusively out of the Suntax Solutions office and is happy to help you with your Live Scan Fingerprinting needs.

What to Bring:

  • Your REQUEST FOR LIVESCAN form completed (Your employer or requesting agency should already have given you a Request for Live Scan Form).
  • Valid photo government I.D.

Must be a photo ID from the list below.

  • California Driver's License
  • California DMV ID Card
  • Passport
  • Out of State Driver's License
  • Alien Registration/Immigration Green Card
  • Military ID Card
  • Employment Authorization(Form 688B) issued by DHS with photo
  • Permanent Resident Card(151 or 551) with photo

Expired identification will not be accepted. (No Exceptions)

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Checks, and Company Billing Accounts.

Normal Level of Service fees* are as follows:

  • Rolling Fee $26.00 (Fee for fingerprinting)*
  • DOJ Fee $32.00 (State of California Clearances)
  • FBI Fee $17.00 (FBI Clearances)
  • FBI Ink Cards $35 + Cardstock Fee (if applies) $10 = $45
  • FBI Digital Record Review with Same Day Results $135
  • Mobile Service Fee Please Call

Business Accounts under contract are eligible for our group rate. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

These fees are determined by the ORI number found on the Request for Live Scan Form.

Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Walk-Ins Welcome)
Saturday: By Appointment
Sunday: Closed
